JIM QUIGLEY

JIM QUIGLEY
President

Jim has proven himself to be a successful manager in the electrical industry since 1978. Learning the ropes at his father’s company in Florida, he worked his way up to division manager before founding North Cobb Electrical Services with his wife, Kathy, in 2004. At NCESI, Jim now leads a team of 35 in projects ranging from $5,000 to $7 million. A licensed electrician in Georgia and Florida, Jim is experienced in all types of electrical installations, from estimating to design-builds. He is a born problem solver, finding solutions to any challenge in his way. His customers know him as a straight-shooter—he has a proven track record for on-time, on-budget projects and transparent business relationships built on trust.

KATHY QUIGLEY
Secretary and Treasurer

Kathy has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of business management. She began her career in a management position at a printing and office supply company. Kathy is a tenured human resources executive, and she currently advises on North Cobb Electrical Services’ strategic planning and asset management.

COLLEEN EATON
Executive Manager; Safety Manager

Colleen started working for NCESI in 2012, and she currently manages human resources, finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable and purchasing. She oversees all business operations to improve efficiency, and she is an effective leader who ensures the company meets its goals. Colleen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Management from Kennesaw State University in 2010.

DOUG HAMBY
Commercial Construction Division Manager

Doug has worked in the electrical industry since 1982. He joined NCESI in 2014, where he currently oversees all commercial projects. He specializes in lighting for offices, restaurants, medical remodels, schools, government buildings and other new construction.

KENNY MROZINSKI

KENNY MROZINSKI
Site and Sports Lighting Division Manager

Working in the electrical industry since 1978, Kenny manages all design builds for NCESI’s sports, outdoor and area lighting needs. His work encompasses pedestrian and roadway lighting, airport lighting, car dealerships and athletic complexes. He is a licensed electrician in the state of Georgia.

ANTHONY BASILA
Service and Small Projects Division Manager

Anthony started his career in the electrical industry in 1981 and joined the NCESI team in 2007. He oversees all service calls, white box and tenant buildouts, ensuring all customers receive timely responses and quality work on their electrical projects. Anthony also advises customers on the best energy saving options for their service renovations.

JOHN AYALA
Chief Estimator

John started at NCESI in 2013, where he excels in developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients and general contractors. He oversees the company’s bid opportunities and estimation projects, and he coordinates proposals and construction schedules. John specializes in estimating projects for new builds, school and commercial renovations, sports and field lighting, and parks.

Operations Manager

With an extensive career in the electrical industry, Steven joined NCESI in 2016 where he oversees all estimating, sales and project management. Steven is responsible for guiding the NCESI team and ensuring we provide the best possible service. Through his leadership, we are able to meet every need and expectation of our clients and general contractors.
